Naphtalenesulfonate
Sulphonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensate or PNS or BNS or bNS or NSFC or NS or SNF
Description:
Naphthalene-based Highly Effective Water Reducer is a beta-sulphonate formaldehyde condensates with non-air-entraining, superplasticizing, highly effective water reducing and strengthening effects. This product has good compatibility with the very wide range of cement types and very low in addition rate and easy to use. It is in particular adaptable to prepare normal concrete and steaming-cured concrete with the requirement of highly water reduction and strength. It can also be used to be the matrix of other composite concrete admixtures.
Main Techical indexes and properties:
• Superplasticizing: The addition of SNF effectively enhances the fluidity of the concrete and reduces the bleeding and segregation tendency. Thus improves the workability of the concrete and make the concrete easy for construction and compaction.
• High strengthening effect: It has a very good strengthening effect., Keeping the cementitious materials content constant, the strength of concrete with at the age of 1d, 3d, 7d and 28d can increase by 60%~70%, 50-60%, 40-52% and 30-41%, respectively when compared to the reference concrete.
• Wide adaptability: This product is adapted to different types of cement, and particularly match with admixtures such as air entraining agent and expansive agent, and mineral aids such as fly ash.
• Feasible setting time: The product has little influence on the initial and final setting time of the concrete. The setting time difference is normal in the range of one hour.
• Safety: Nontoxic, non- irritative and non-emissive, and no corrosive substance to the steel bar. Not tinder or exploder and is a no-danger goods.
• Different Na2SO4 content. No crystallization of the liquid in winter and low slump loss when compounded with retarders.
• Wide range of application temperature: The feasible application temperature ranges from -5c to +45c.
• Excellent durability: The addition of SNF can effectively improve the pore structure of the concrete and increase the durability indexes such as impermeability, carbonation resistance and frost resistance.
• Easy for use: It can be added directly or dissolved beforehand to be liquid admixture. It match the requirement of different application condition or mixer type.
Methods of use and attentions:
• Blending: Add the admixture directly into the mixer and prolong the blending time a little to ensure well distribution in concrete.• Curing: Careful curing. The concrete should be covered and sprayed water for wet curing after final setting and prevent from frost danger. Re-finishing procedure should be provided specially for high fluidity concrete packing is stored in plastic barrels with net weight of 62.5kg / per barrel and very easy for load or transportation.
After-sale service:
To assist you in obtaining predicated performances, ensure high quality projects, and improve technical level, we offer technical consulting service, site mix proportion design or advising mix proportion. Our technical personnel would give free-charge site assistance service as well as construction technical guide. We conduct consistent services of sale of new products and spreading of new technology.
