Polycarboxylate High-efficiency Concrete Water Reducer.
The last and most modern generation of water reducer is polycarboxylic acid salt (so called third generation). It is an aqueous solution of polycarboxylate ether of a certain composition and configuration. Compared with prior generations, the third-generation Polycarboxyl-acid high-efficiency water reducer has intrinsic improvement in performance and quality, qualified to meet basic performance advantages and economic conditions to replace naphthalene.
    The advantages of Polycarboxyl-acid high-efficiency water reducer are as follows:
  • 1. High early strength: This product can elevate the early strength by 70% and above, and 28-day strength by 40% and above, especially applicable to high strength concrete;
  • 2. Excellent durability: Our product could effectively reduce water-cement ratio, shrinkage and distortion, and could elevate durability;
  • 3. High water-reducing rate: When slump is around 80mm, water-reducing rate is 25% and above; when slump is around 200mm, water-reducing rate is 35% and above;
  • 4. Small dosage and low cost: Commonly admixing quantity is 0.03~1.0% of cementing materials (dry-dry);
  • 5. Green products: No pollution to environment in the process of producting, confirming to ISO 14000 environment protection management international standard.
